GROWTH PATHWAYs

Our franchisees usually start as owner-operators to learn the business and build local demand, then move to a hybrid model by adding crews as work increases.

And with Monster Junk there is enough profit and scope for exapansion to operate as a management business, with the owner stepping back from day-to-day operations to focus on growth, profitability and long term value.

1. Owner Operator

As a single crew, you drive the van and run a tight, efficient operation with the highest margins of all three models.

Ideal for practical owners who want to learn the business from the ground up.

Low overheads, simple staffing, and quick to become profitable.

1 Crew

Typical net margins: ~40%

2. Hybrid

Still operating your own van day-to-day, but with a second van crewed by your employees.

You oversee the business and manage your team, but stay involved operationally.

Ideal for owners who want to grow but still stay hands-on.

More revenue capacity with a manageable team size and balanced workload.

1 -2 Crews

Typical net margins: ~30-34%

3. Manager

For the ambitious and hardworking owners who want to grow into a management role.

Each van is fully crewed (driver + assistant). Your focus is on leadership, local marketing, and promoting the business.

Ideal for those who want scale and long-term business value.

With the highest earning potential, this model leverages your time to build a strong local brand presence.

2+ Crews

Typical net margins: ~20-23%

We support people to build scalable businesses. So the real answer to the question of how much you'll earn (and one of the strengths of franchising) is that you get out what you put in. - YOU are in control.

But with each crew able to achieve up to £1,000 revenue per day, even a single vehicle operating consistently can generate a substantial six-figure turnover over the year.

Of course, we can't make any guarantees about income but the more consistently you promote your business, follow the system and develop local connections, the more it will grow.
