What Is a Master Franchise?

A Master Franchisee holds the exclusive rights to develop the brand within a defined territory. Rather than operating a single unit, you will build and support a network of franchisees.

Your role will include:

  • Recruiting and awarding franchise licences

  • Training and onboarding new franchisees

  • Providing operational support and performance guidance

  • Managing regional marketing initiatives

  • Protecting and strengthening the brand locally

You will be building a business that generates income from initial franchise fees, ongoing royalties and the performance of your network.

Our model is designed for scale. The service is straightforward, operationally practical van-based operation. The systems, brand assets, call handling frameworks and marketing processes are already established.

Each of the available territories has:

The size of these markets means you will be developing a substantial regional enterprise rather than a single trading unit.


Who This Is Suited To

We are looking for commercially minded individuals or partnerships with:

  • Senior management or business ownership experience

  • The ability to lead and support other business owners

  • Financial capacity to invest in territory development

  • A long-term approach to building enterprise value

Experience in waste management is not essential. Leadership, commercial judgement and the ability to build relationships matter more.

This is a strategic role. You will be responsible for standards, culture and growth within your region.


Your Income Model

As a Master Franchisee, your revenue is derived from:

  • Franchise licence fees within your territory

  • Ongoing royalty percentages from franchisees

  • Your own corporate units, if you choose to operate them

With multiple franchisees operating under your licence, the income potential grows as your network expands. The focus is on building recurring, scalable revenue across the territory.

You will receive:

  • Full master franchise training

  • Franchise recruitment frameworks and documentation

  • Operations manuals and systems

  • Brand guidelines and marketing assets

We want to work closely with our Master Franchisees to ensure consistency while allowing for local market adaptation where appropriate.
